Please ensure that you clean the BBQ after use. There is a tray that collects excess fat directly underneath the Grill. Please ensure that this does not over flow. This should be emptied after use. There are replacement foil trays in the kitchen drawer.
The gas should be turned off after each use to prevent accidental loss of gas from the cylinder. To operate the gas there is a black knob on the top of the cylinder. Turn the knob as shown in the pictures.
